Animals are present in the home. This includes a cat and a dog. As I try to keep all animals away from my workspace, I do advise customers to be cautious if you have severe animal allergies.

I will NOT recreate any piece seen in my gallery, as they are one of a kind and belong to the respected owners that commissioned me.

I will NOT recreate any private, franchise, characters, or designs ie; Lion King, Lucario, Warwick, etc.

All masks are hand-modeled and 3D printed by Highlite Studios.

I reserve the right to change my Terms of Service at any time.

Harassment is defined as consistent pestering of the artist or other customers by means of excessive messages, asking others why your art is not done, insults, rallying against the artist, block-evading, and blacklist-evading.

There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for harassment. Should I determine you are harassing me, other customers, or just being generally unprofessional about our transaction, I may choose to discontinue the transaction and issue a full/partial refund based upon the commission completion amount.

For severe cases, I may choose to blacklist a customer.

Blacklisting means that you are not allowed to commission/contact me.

Upon being blacklisted, you will be given a written reason as to why.

Please only order when you have payment ready. Work will only be started once payment is received.

No hate paraphernalia/words/slurs/symbols.

Visual refence sheet of custom charater is required. I will not take a description of colors or design.

You may not commission me with AI generated work and/or images. I do NOT accept AI art as a valid reference.

Refuse, cancel or refund your commission at any time.

Re-color/edit Telegram stickers or other art to fit either personal use, lineart bases, or other clients.

To post any commission to any social media unless stated beforehand by the client, ie; a surprise commission for someone, once recieved will be posted.

Commissions are for your personal use only. You may re-upload to social media with proper credit given.

Do not claim my work as your own or edit my artwork.

You may NOT use any of my art to feed AI, If you are found to do so you will be blacklisted.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstance, to profit, or use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens.

3D models are NOT to be redistributed.

Commercial usage of work is prohibited.

You will receive an invoice via Square. You do not need an account to pay.

Paypal is NOT accepted.

Payment plans are as followed: 50% up front of total commission(not base commission price), non-refundable, please inquire through a quote.

Shipping is NOT INCLUDED in the total price and will be added at the end of commission, as shipping prices vary.

Will be shipped using USPS, tracking number will be provided when shipped out.

As I am based in the US, any international orders may have import fees, so please be aware of this. Client is responsible for these fees.

Once it leaves my hands, I am not responsible for what happens during shipping or anything thereafter.

At this time, no deadlines will be taken. You may ask for an update, but if I have not sent you a sketch WIP and you see no status change in my Public Queue, I likely do not have any new info for you.

Filling out a form does not guarantee a commission slot, but it does guarantee a quote.

Quotes are good for 3 days before they expire.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity and nature of the art piece. This means that the price you may see on the website may not be the price you will get in the quote, depending on what additions you make and how complex your character may be.

WIP's will be sent to customers through Email, DM's, or Telegram. I will not communicate through Twitter or Discord.

Customers will be notified when their piece is being worked on, they may also check the Trello to see where they are at.

Premades are priced as is, and prices may vary due to the complexity. I will not lower the prices of any piece.

Shipping is NOT included in the price.

Premades, when shipped, will include a tracking number.

When paying in full, if NO WORK has been done, only the material cost will be kept.

If in payment plan, the 50% up front is non-refundable.

If at any time during the transaction I've found that your character or art you’ve provided to me is stolen (as in someone else’s design being used without the respectful owner’s expressed permission), I will remove you from the queue and a refund will NOT be issued, as well as an immediate blacklist.

Parent/Guardian's approval of commission being placed.

Parent/Guardian has read and understood the Terms of Service in their entirety.

Parent/Guardian's signature in the Parent/Guardian form (which will be supplied to the commissioner to be printed, signed, and scanned) Along with an ID of said parent/guardian.

If unable to be printed out/scanned, I will NOT be taking the commission.
